After buying a Bertazzoni cooking hood with my Wren kitchen, it took 6 months to track down a registered Bertazzoni supplier in the UK of what appears to be the only one. They wanted extortionate amount, so discovered Cooker Hood Filters, and with the help of Ryan we narrowed down an exact non branded replacement for my two replacement filters ! Just ordered 4 four !

In fact, they didn't fit - I'd ordered the wrong ones. To my surprise the company let me return them for a refund, even though I'd opened one. I then ordered the correct ones and they fit perfectly. Both times the items arrived the day after I'd ordered, and even my refund was super-quick, with speedy personal replies to contact form enquiry.
