CDA Compatible Aluminium Filter Panel

I have decided to respond to your invitation to provide a review of my order for compatible aluminium filter panels for my extraction fan. I believe that my submission may be useful to you for reasons which I outline below.
You will recall that you checked out the measurements on the original panels and confirmed that the replacements would indeed fir the unit. You may also recall that I submitted a model number for the original items which you did not recognise.

When I received the replacement panels I discovered that there is a difference from the originals. Length and breadth are identical but there is a significant difference in the height [thickness].
Close examination revealed that there was an additional mounting strip on the unit to accommodate the thinner units. These slide-on strips were readily removable allowing perfect fitting of the thicker replacements.
The difference in the fitting explains the difference in the model numbers and I trust that the information provided may prove useful if you have enquiries for replacement from others with the unrecognised model number.
