Do you stock a metal filter my size?
We recommend going by your model number found on the sticker inside your cooker hood to ensure a correct fit. If you don't have a model number then please email us with your dimensions.

What filters do I require?
Charcoal filters are used to absorb odours and grease residue, we recommend to replace your charcoal filters every 6 months to maintain their performance.
Metal grease filters are used to collect grease, if the filters are full of grease residue they will not work as efficiently and will need to be replaced.
Why is the frame of my metal filter blue?
The frame of your filter is covered in a blue protective film to prevent it from scratching, this can easily be removed.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Our delivery prices and methods available to our UK customers are:
Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2 - 3 working days) from £3.49
Royal Mail 24 Tracked (98% of orders arrive the next working day) from £5.49
Prices are subject to change depending on the weight of your order.
If you are ordering outside of the UK delivery prices are calculated in the checkout.

What happens if I am not available to take delivery?
All our parcels are sent with a tracked service, however a signature is not required. If you are not available to take delivery you can leave a short delivery note before placing your order in our checkout.
