Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. 

The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you.

1. Simply pack your item(s) securely, ensuring you have included the packing slip provided with your order. If you have lost your packing slip, please put a letter inside your parcel with your order number and full name.

2. Choose your preferred returns method from the following options:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

Please note that our Royal Mail pre-paid services are subject to a fee of £3.99. This is pre-paid for your convenience, so you can just print your label and send your parcel off. The fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service. Parcel size and weight restrictions may apply if using this service.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer pre-paid labels for international customers.

Damaged Goods

If goods arrive in a damaged state, please inform us at support@cookerhoodfilters.co.uk before returning your order.

We will replace the goods free of charge or refund any money that you have paid for those goods. If you do not notify us within 7 days of delivery, COOKERHOOD FILTER LIMITED cannot accept responsibility for goods stated to be damaged upon delivery.

Incorrect Goods

Please be aware that all items on the cookerhoodfilters.co.uk website are subject to design and specification changes. In view of this, the item supplied may not be an exact match for the original, but has been deemed, to be a suitable alternative.
