It filters grease

Used these for quite a few years and found them very effective. Change as necessary according to use - interior of filter housing still in good shape, including fan housing/carbon filter. Regular maintenance using the right materials keeps kitchen grease under control. Easy to cut to size as required - hence ‘universal’. Good value as well.
